Kaelyn Gray is a music industry professional that specializes within the electronic / EDM community.
It all started in the fall of 2017, where she joined the Wisconsin branch of React Presents as a street team member. Over the next year, she became more involved in a variety of other street teams for festivals, such as BUKU Music + Art Project (as a regional team leader) and Kosmic Kingdom. Knowing she wanted to do more in the scene, she joined Festival Squad‘s writing team in the winter of 2018.
These were all catalysts that sparked her passionate desire to work within the music industry post-college. In 2019, she joined the Gravitas Recordings team as the Release Coordinator, where she is now the Project Manager. Through this opportunity, she received a position as the Press Coordinator at its sister company, Pivotal Agency. Through these positions, she has had the opportunity to work for artists such as CloZee, Desert Dwellers, Beats Antique, Psymbionic, Haywyre, Cristina Soto, Louis Futon, Dominic Lalli from Big Gigantic, and many more. Between music releases and national tours, she has independently ran over 50 successful campaigns for blogs, YouTube promotional channels, and Spotify playlisting.
Kaelyn is also involved within her local music community. Currently, she is the street team coordinator at Lex Martin Presents, formerly known as React Wisconsin. On the side, she actively writes for digital outlets such as EDM.com, CULTR, Raver Rafting, and many more. Notably, she has a monthly series on EDM.com called Synth Sisters, where she spotlights talented women in music.
